Most of trips to Parrot Island are arranged during sunset time. The mesmerising view of Parrots returning to their natural habitat is really a breathtaking experience. The sunset view from a boat off Parrot island is also a beautiful sight to behold.

Parrot Island in Day light

Parrot island can be made out from a distance due to the fact that it is shaped differently from the surrounding Islands. Whereas the other Mangrove Islands are unevenly shaped, the Parrot Island is evenly shaped at the top. Thanks to the Parrots which gave the Island its name, the Mangroves of this Island have not been allowed to grow beyond a certain height.
